Destination wedding DJ services begin at $3,500, with final pricing determined based on:

  • Number of event days (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, etc.)
  • Overall scope of services and scheduling logistics

An experienced destination DJ ensures the music feels intentional, the flow of events remains seamless, and every transition is handled with confidence — allowing couples and their guests to remain fully present and enjoy the moment.

Travel & Lodging Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, the following travel guidelines apply:

  • Client covers round-trip airfare
  • Client provides hotel accommodations for:
    • Arrival at least one calendar day prior to the first scheduled event
    • The night of the wedding
    • One additional night following the final scheduled event (to allow for return travel)
  • Ground transportation and reasonable meals are provided or reimbursed

If the DJ chooses to extend their stay beyond the contracted travel window, additional lodging and expenses beyond that period are covered by the DJ. Return airfare remains the responsibility of the client.

For destination weddings, clients are responsible for sourcing:

  • Sound systems
  • Speakers
  • Lighting
  • Power requirements

We provide:

  • Professional DJ controller
  • Laptop and curated music library
  • Microphones when needed
  • Advance coordination with your venue or local production team to ensure technical compatibility

Do you offer a set destination wedding price?
Destination weddings are quoted custom because travel logistics, event count, and production needs vary by location. Destination wedding DJ services begin at $3,500, with final pricing based on your specific plan.
What is required to reserve a destination wedding date?
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your destination wedding date. The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date for travel.
When must travel details be finalized?
All travel itineraries, lodging arrangements, and event schedules must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date to ensure proper coordination and planning.
What travel dates do you require?
We typically require arrival at least one calendar day prior to the first scheduled event. Return travel is generally planned for the day after the final scheduled event (or later if needed for scheduling).
What do you bring vs. what do we provide?
We travel with our laptop, professional DJ controller, and curated music library. Microphones can be included when needed. Speakers, sound systems, lighting, and power requirements are sourced locally by the client, venue, or production team.
Can you DJ multiple events during the weekend?
Yes. We can support welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremony sound, cocktail hour, and reception coverage. We’ll build a custom proposal based on the number of events and the overall timeline.
What if the DJ extends their stay?
If the DJ chooses to extend their stay beyond the contracted travel window, additional lodging and expenses beyond that period are covered by the DJ. Return airfare remains the responsibility of the client.
