Corporate Photo Booth FAQ

What is included in the starting price?

Each rental includes four hours of booth coverage, setup and breakdown by our team, a dedicated on-site attendant, a branded digital layout, digital delivery (text, email, or QR), and a post-event gallery. Printed photo strips are included with Print and Mirror Booth options. Branded overlay artwork is an optional add-on for $150–$200 and requires your logo files in advance.

How far in advance should we book a corporate photo booth?

For holiday season events (October through January), we recommend booking 4 to 8 months in advance. For other times of year, 6 to 10 weeks is typically sufficient. A 30% retainer secures your date; the remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?

Yes. We provide COI documentation naming your venue and, when required, your organization as additionally insured. We also supply W-9 documentation for corporate AP and accounting departments. Request both when you inquire.

What branding is included and how does the design process work?

We design a branded layout featuring your logo, event name, date, and optional tagline or artwork. You receive a digital proof for approval before the event. For the branded overlay add-on ($150–$200), please provide high-resolution logo files and any brand guidelines when you confirm your booking.

Can we add a photo booth to our existing DJ package?

Yes. If you are already booked with us for DJ service, adding a photo booth is straightforward. Or consider our corporate DJ and photo booth bundles — one vendor, one invoice, coordinated under a single team.

What areas do you service?

We service corporate events throughout New Jersey, Greater New York City, Philadelphia, Bucks County, and the Lehigh Valley. Events outside this area can be accommodated — a travel fee will be included in your proposal.

Do you handle multi-room or large venue setups?

Yes. For multi-room events or larger guest counts that require higher activation traffic, we can discuss setup placement to maximize guest interaction. Digital Booth is particularly well-suited for multi-room activations due to its compact footprint.
