How is the final investment determined?
Starting prices reflect a typical four-hour program with standard production. Your final quote accounts for your specific timeline, venue size, production needs, guest count, and event date. We confirm all costs in writing before you receive a contract — no surprises.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our venue?
Yes. We provide COI documentation naming your venue and, when required, your organization as additionally insured. We also supply W-9 documentation for corporate accounting and AP departments. Request both when you inquire.
What areas do you serve?
We service corporate events throughout New Jersey, Greater New York City, Philadelphia, Bucks County, and the Lehigh Valley. Events outside this area can be accommodated — a travel fee will be included in your proposal.
Can you handle structured programs with speakers and awards?
Yes. Our Enhanced and Premier packages are specifically designed for events with complex timelines — including introductions, award presentations, video roll cues, and structured program segments. We will review your run of show in advance and rehearse timing with your event team.
How far in advance should we book?
Holiday season (October through January) books out quickly — often 6 to 12 months in advance. For other dates, 3 to 6 months is a comfortable window. A 30% retainer holds your date; the remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.
Can you work with our AV team or production company?
Absolutely. We coordinate regularly with in-house AV teams, venue technical directors, and third-party production companies. Provide their contact information during planning and we will handle the technical coordination directly.
