Employee Points System
How It Works
Seniority, excellent work, and following company policies are all things that Base would like to reward in a work environment. The opposite of these actions are things that should take away from your priveledges at work. For this, we have developed a simple point system that will dictate many things as you work here. Being able to redeem points as a reward or use them towards company trips and more. This points system will be used in place of simple write-ups for violations of company policy that do not constitute an official writeup every time. “Winning” at this point system will increase your benefits here at Base.
Points can be redeemed for cash bonuses, company trips, company-sponsored apparel or gifts, memberships, and more.
Point Redemption will be delayed by 30 days from your request to redeem, this is to avoid cashing out points if you plan to leave the company. If proper notice is given in the instance of resignation, you will be allowed to cash out your available points.
Points can be earned and lost. All point giving and taking is at the discretion of management. If you believe you should have been awarded or not taken from in regards to points, please file a “Points Evaluation Request” on the website at the Employee Points Page, http://www.basedjs.com/employeepointprogram
Starting this year, October 1st, 2019 will be our calendar year for Seniority Based Points. You will get automatically 25 points for each year at Base.

All info for the point system will be kept online. Being that nothing in the points System is confidential or directly related to your employment, the points system will be public to all staff within Base. Highest Points Winner - At the end of the year, the person who earns the highest amount of points will be awarded a $200 cash bonus.
Employees in “Hibernation” will have points cut 50% during that time.

Value is one third of cash value. So 150 points is worth $50. You must cash out in intervals of 150 points.
